EPISODE 3 - Rescue Waggin': Tales from the Road

Did you know that the Little Rock Animal Village was picked as the winner of the Rescue Waggin' Drivers' Favorite Shelter award in 2014? Drivers for the Rescue Waggin' pick their favorite shelter to work with each year, and at an average of 45 seconds per dog, the Little Rock Animal Village has the process down when the Rescue Waggin' van arrives. The Rescue Waggin' drivers say that the Village is always the most prepared and organized stop on their route. That's something to be proud of!

In Episode 3 of Rescue Waggin': Tales from the Road, Bret Michaels explains why he thinks pet adoption rocks. You'll visit Minnesota to take a tour of PetSmart Charities Rescue Waggin' destination shelter, Animal Humane Society, to see how they prepare for the arrival of a truckload of (adorable!) adoptable dogs.

Last Spring, PetSmart Charities teamed up with actor/producer Josh Duhamel and his production company, Dakotakid Media, to launch Rescue Waggin'®: Tales from the Road. The 8-episode web series includes cameos from celebrity pet adoption advocates including Kristen Bell, Adam Shankman, and Bret Michaels.
